WAITING TIMES
Depends on how many orders we have at the time and please remember these are handmade and painted.

We say 2 to 4 weeks but that is just a rough time it could be quicker or longer it just really depends on the time of the year the amount of orders ect

DESIGNS
When you purchase the item through the personalised section you will be receiving the same wallet, purse ,cooler ect thats advertised that you were ordering but just with your design on it and if for some reason we cant offer you that we will contact you and offer you a similar item and discuss your options

Please choose your design with the idea of how much space there is on your desired Item your purchasing

Coolers are made to order with just a picture on the front

Double check the spelling on any names to be carved on the item because we will go off whats on the purchase order

If you need something changed we will if its possible but once the order is started then we cant so its best to get it right from the start

We don’t do any writing inside our products as in purses wallets ect

Ladies purses are only personalised on the front

Please remember we are working with leather and its not perfect and does sometimes have scarring insect bites ect But we try to give you the best we can possibly can.

We don’t except refunds.

Art work is done to the best of the ability of the artisan.

POSTAGE
Standard postage is covered by the customer and Rustic Leather Australia will cover express post and signature on delivery
